My Story

  I’ve been receiving prophetic dreams, visions, and visitations

from spirits and ancestral guides since I was a young child.

   Before I followed the path of spirit, I studied neuroscience and

graduated with a BS. Inspired by an out of body experience at 8

years old, I dedicated myself to studying consciousness and to

cracking the mystery behind it.

    Later, I planned to use my degree to become a psychotherapist.

Over time, I realized that healing isn’t just needed in the physical 

world. There are emotional, ancestral, and spiritual wounds that

conventional paths don’t always reach. I began to understand

that the way I was meant to help others didn’t fit into traditional

systems. My gifts were asking to be used in a different way. So I

chose to walk the spiritual path, and opened this practice

in devotion to the deeper forms of remembering, connection, and transformation that live beyond diagnosis.

    As I lived my life, dedicated to healthcare and science, something deeper kept opening. The awakenings came like waves: visitations from deceased loved ones, messages from plants, ancestral language, and grief that wasn't just my own. Each one deepened the calling.

   I am descended from both European immigrant and erased Indigenous lineages. This history lives in my body, and informs my sensitivity to mixed and hidden ancestry, cultural memory, and the silence many carry around where and who they come from. My work honors those complexities, and offers space for clients of all backgrounds, especially those navigating identity, heritage, and belonging.

    I offer this listening to anyone who feels something stirring in them too.

I offer spiritual guidance for people in threshold places, like those those navigating relationship shifts, identity questions, ancestral grief, plant callings, or altered states of being.
