Grace Foxglove Intuitive Guidance
1. I’m not sure where to start. Which session should I book?
If you’re unsure, I recommend beginning with a short Intuitive Guidance session. I can ask questions and help you determine what kind of support would be most helpful.
2. Will my information be kept private?
Yes — confidentiality is very important to me, especially with my background in healthcare. However, if something is made clear to me that may endanger your life or someone else’s, I will take appropriate action.
3. Are you a therapist, doctor, or licensed mental health provider?
No. My work is spiritual, intuitive, and symbolic. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal care.
4. I’m in a crisis or acute emotional distress. Can I book a session?
Please reach out to me about your situation. While I hold deep space for emotion, I may refer you to additional resources if immediate support is needed.
5. Why do I need to fill out consent and release of liability forms before my session?
These forms ensure you understand the nature of the work I offer. While it may be therapeutic or clarifying, it is not a substitute for medical, legal, or psychological care.
The consent form outlines what to expect in a session and confirms your voluntary participation. The release of liability clarifies that you are responsible for how you choose to use the insight or information received.

This protects both of us and ensures our work together is rooted in mutual respect, clarity, and personal sovereignty.
6. Do you help with practical life decisions or relationship problems?
Yes — I can help you explore relationship dynamics, identity shifts, and major life transitions from an intuitive and symbolic standpoint.
7. Do you work with people from my background or belief system?
Yes. I welcome people from all walks of life, cultures, religions, and identities. This is a safe space for anyone who needs their identity honored and understood.
8. I’ve never had a session like this before. Is that okay?
Absolutely. We all start somewhere. If you feel drawn to this work, you’re welcome here.
9. What is a session like with you?
You’re welcome to let me guide the session, or bring your own questions. If you’re unsure, I’ll ask a few questions to sense what needs attention in your life.
10. Do you offer group sessions or couples sessions?
If you are interested in a group session or something unique, please reach out to discuss your needs.
11. What if I’m not sure which offering fits my situation?
Please reach out, or book an Intuitive Guidance session. Together we can figure out where to begin.
12. Are live sessions recorded?
I do not record sessions, but you are welcome to record for personal use if you notify me in advance.
13. Why do you charge money for spiritual services?
This work takes real energy, presence, and years of lived study. While insight may come through spirit, translating it into clear guidance is a labor that requires time, care, and preparation.
At this point in my life, I wouldn’t be able to offer this work without compensation — this is the only way it’s possible for me to continue. Charging helps me stay resourced and protected so I can show up fully for those I serve.
14. What if I can’t afford your full rates?
If you feel you can’t afford these services at this price, please reach out — I’m happy to make something work where possible.
15. How long have you been doing this work?
I’ve been offering spiritual support and intuitive interpretation for close friends and family for years. I recently opened my practice to the public after a series of deep spiritual initiations.
16. My dream was short or fragmented. Can it still be interpreted?
Yes. Fragments can hold powerful meaning. If you’re struggling with recall, I can also help you develop a plan to strengthen your dream memory over time.
17. What lineages or traditions do you draw from?
The traditions I draw from arise from direct experience: dream transmission, symbolism, spirit contact, ancestral memory, and plant communication. My understanding of dream symbolism also reflects current neuroscience and emotional psychology. I don’t teach or represent any fixed cultural system — I honor the living relationships between spirit, psyche, and nature.
